Shipping Policy

Assembly and Parts

The Cheddy Chain target system arrives fully assembled. All necessary components and instructions are included in the package.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1โ€“3 business days (Mondayโ€“Friday).

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has shipped.


Shipping Timeframes

After processing, shipping typically takes 3โ€“7 business days for delivery within the continental United States.

Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary due to:

  • carrier delays

  • weather conditions

  • high seasonal demand

In rare cases, processing and delivery may exceed 10 business days.


Shipping Carriers

We ship using standard ground services through trusted carriers including:

  • USPS

  • FedEx

  • UPS

Carrier selection may vary depending on destination and shipping efficiency.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout.

At this time, Cheddy Chain ships only within the continental United States.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information so you can monitor the status of your delivery.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your Cheddy Chain product arrives damaged or with missing components, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

To report damage, please email us with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged or missing parts

Once verified, we will promptly send replacement parts free of charge.

For simple parts replacement due to shipping damage, we generally do not require the return of the full product.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows a delivery issue or the package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
