At Cheddy Chain, we stand behind the quality of our training products and want every customer to have a great experience. The information below explains our policies regarding returns, refunds, and warranty coverage.


Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the nature and size of the Cheddy Chain training system, all sales are considered final and we do not accept returns for refunds based on buyerโ€™s remorse.

If your order arrives damaged or missing parts, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work quickly to resolve the issue.

In most cases, we will send replacement parts at no cost so you can continue using your training system without interruption.


Cheddy Chain 1-Year Limited Warranty

We stand behind the quality and durability of the Cheddy Chain training system.

Cheddy Chain provides a non-transferable One (1) Year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship when the product is used under normal training conditions.

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Cheddy Chain or an authorized retailer.


What the Warranty Covers

This warranty covers defects in the product's components, materials, or assembly that impair the productโ€™s intended function during normal lacrosse training use.


What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

This warranty does not cover:

Normal Wear and Tear
Including scuffs, scratches, fading, rust, or damage caused by prolonged exposure to the elements (sun, rain, snow, or moisture).

Misuse or Abuse
Damage resulting from incorrect assembly, accidental damage (for example the product being thrown, driven over, or used improperly), or use for purposes other than lacrosse target practice.

Consumable Components
Items that may naturally wear over time with regular use, including certain hardware components that may require replacement after heavy use.


Warranty Resolution

If a warranty claim is approved, Cheddy Chain will repair or replace the defective part or product at our discretion.

If a part is confirmed to be defective, Cheddy Chain will ship replacement parts free of charge.

If a full product replacement is required, the customer may be responsible for return shipping of the defective product.

  • Your original order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos or videos clearly showing the problem

Our support team will review your request and respond with next steps.


Limitation of Liability

Cheddy Chainโ€™s liability under this policy is limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective components or products. Cheddy Chain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.
